It's interesting how heavy Percols Reimu and Marisa contrast each other, moreso then most other artists.
Marisa is as bright as the sun. Reimu radiates utter deppression. Even in his slice of life works she rarely smiles.
They usually tend to complement each other, but here they don't mesh at all. There's no Reimari to be found here.
It reminds me of In the Forest of Memory, in how both of these stories contrast grim and antisocial Past!Reimu with a much sweeter (albeit still somewhat melancholy) Current!Reimu. Thanks in no small part to Marisa's influence, I'm sure.
