I think the DaiTengu is the newspaper Hatate does so its not really that surprising given Hatate's powers only let her take pictures of events after they have happened and while she is usually far away from said events.
The Daitengu newspaper's certainly more humourous, but it tends to bend the facts to dramatize the story. Besides, when a newspaper doesn't try to make the facts easy to understand, or try to make the reader think, I can't call it a good newspaper at all.Aha, I get it!
