This unnamed company told the scenario writer they had contact with Mizuki-san, but delivered art from someone else entirely. Now Mizuki-san's trying to find out what they were up to, but instead, the company's getting on the writer's case for contacting the (supposed) character designer directly instead of going through them, per protocol.
