Since I had the meals themselves delivered, the majority of my days were spent never taking a step outside. From this experience, I was able to get a grasp of my capacity.
There are some who readily deal with more work than that, though, so I'm just complaining. (^^;) Input is incredibly important.
There were comments before asking if I actually wore a hachimaki headband. I really did put one on when I wanted to concentrate. My power of concentration goes up when I feel a suitable amount of tightness around my head.
