I haven't seen it from the actual source yet, but from what I've heard, Marine and Shion slept together after a collab (and actually overslept, missing their next stream by over 4 hours - with Fubuki streaming the interim 4 hours), but when Marine tried to initiate sexytimes, she was rebuffed by Shion, who just wanted to actually sleep and wasn't interested in Marine in that way. Marine was hit pretty hard by the rejection.

Marine even drew a manga for it which is translated on Danbooru, she just said Shion was sleep-touching her while Shion has no memory of it, and that's all that is. No one's literally trying to do the deed with each other smh
Maybe that's not "trying to do the deed", but Marine was definitely wanting to be rather intimate, and reading the comic, it seems like Shion actually played along a bit, and Marine read way too deep into it and thought she was about to get into a serious relationship but got blown off the morning after. Like I said, I haven't dived too deep because I'm not really that interested in relationship drama, but from what I've heard, whatever happened that night left Marine feeling fairly rejected, which is why she needed "cheering up" in the Coco and Kanata streams.
