Well I cant say I like her design, me coming from Mexico, and since I dont want people thinking we run around with sombreros and pant-less, but I liked her too, If you search for 伯方シオ or しおたん on pixiv you'll find more images.

What I find odd is the colors used...looks more like she's from America or France than Mexico.
