Definitely japanese, definitely neither runes nor a word for cheese. I'm pretty sure this one's just a nonsense word bebe says in rebellion, and the niconico page on nagisa also cites "mojo" and "moja" as nonsense bebe-speak. If you go back and watch rebellion, bebe's "mojo mojo" speak is subtitled in japanese, presumably because it is just nonsense.
