Baking, sculpting, gardening, painting, doll making. This convent could double as an art school.
I mean, most convents historically did most of the above. (not sure about sculpting and doll making, but the others were definitely part of convent life, baking and gardening was p much necessary since they were either remote or simply relied on their own land for sustenance, painting... well, guess who illustrated all those lovely medieval codices)
