I have taken to referring to her face as "doll-like" as it doesn't seem appropriate given her age, demeanor, and dress. I'd considered "baby-faced" or "child-like", but those didn't sound right to me. Nor did "plain" or "featureless".

What do others think?
If you mean for the sake of tagging, there is no need, I have met plenty of people that look like teenagers in their 30s. It depends on genetics, and your perception of it depends on surroundings and personal acquaintances. I don't look my age either, and some teenagers look like they are in their 20s, 30s too so in my opinion we don't need to have a tag for it.

No, I mean that I'm a bit put off by how she looks. She's introduced wearing a mask in her brother's uncap episodes and I'm a bit at a loss as to describe how she looks after her unmasking. Not what I'd have expected for sure, but not ugly either. She doesn't look her age, but she doesn't look young either.
