You do realise that in most cases, "uncensoring" simply means "drawing in things that were taken out", right? Apart from in rare and specific cases, you don't just use some tool to remove the censorship and, oh look, a pussy.
The only cases where you can do such a thing is when the artist censored it using a certain pattern of mosaicking or something similar, then you can invert the pattern he did. In most cases, though, the censoring either destroys what was there in the first place or the artist didn't even bother drawing anything in because it was going to be censored.
It's episode 7 I believe. It's not much of a big deal though, add a few extra lines here and there and suddenly the Witches suffer even further indignity!
