Considering that gear "whole lot more" will come from "hazardous environment" compensation. Mind you "hazardous environment" also can leave a lasting impact health. I've been working in the third circle of hell a.k.a. iron pellet burning facility for three years and I SO feel her. Screw those auto-darkening visors, I prefer the dark glass ones since it offers you much better contrast. Sure its not as convenient but if you have shit vision like me its a lot more effective for making good welds.
