A full doujin should only be uploaded if every page is worth it.
If someone found one page of this doujin and thought:"wow, this is so awesome/has such a good artwork, I'm uploading it to danbooru", then that page (alone) is worth it. Still, a doujin has white pages and index of contents etc. that aren't worth it, but it's also bad to upload a doujin and then leave out a few pages.
Also, danbooru is neither a porn site nor a doujin gallery. Everyone who is interested can click on the ddl link provided. Slowly updated webcomics (for instance gatau's) are a different case.
