Little-known fact that Hayate is rather grope-happy. She really likes touching her fellow Bureau members' chests, but she doesn't do it unless they don't mind. Fate was apparently okay with it, but it seems Hayate forgot to run a check through Nanoha, and now she's about to get befriended.
