Tbh, I'm not sure if he's actually "uncomfortable." I think his face on the third page of the first image set could be interpreted as him intensely questioning if she's being serious and whether or not he should take that plunge. And in these three pages, he's sharing the dinner table with his mom and her sister, whom he's presumably entered a sexual relationship with. And his aunt clearly does not know how to be subtle or keep things on the DL. Less uncomfortable, and more a man who has found himself in a very compromising situation.
I don't think your interpretation of what she originally meant is entirely without merit, though. This aunt is a dangerous woman regardless.
