Per the rules, I'm using the newest active version as the patent, especially since Pixiv has better compression than twitter.

@Jarlath this is not a revision, it's a duplicate, it's perfectly identical to the other, so it gets set as child because it was uploaded after.

Pixiv has not been inherently better than Twitter for over a year now since the latter changed their compression algorithms.

Just noticed, mikaeri managed to sneak in a rule about "most recent active post" a couple of years ago in the wiki you linked, of course linking to his own posts to justify having his own posts as parents.
I'm removing that line since it used to mention revisions before his edit, and we've always set duplicates as children (duplicate parent:any). It's absurd to say that the most recent uploaded version gets set as parent, otherwise someone could just upload 10 identical versions from each site and every subsequent one would be the "best" version.
