Mordred does actually care abut her appearance. so she'd never actually do this.
True, her profile basically says: don't treat her as another woman but not outright as a man either, followed by jokingly calling her high maintenance, treat with caution.

Yet her profile is very conflicting with her choice of clothes in Apocrypha and some of her mannerisms in the FGO official comics, so people have no qualms drawing her like this.

Her Apocrypha outfit is just fan service. The canon excuse for it was that it was the cheapest clothes they could find when looking for modern clothes for her, which is obviously BS.
Tbh, I never got the impression she obsessed over her appearance, she only cares how people treat her, which is why she's "high maintenance". However she may act, you're not allowed to bring any sort of attention to it, treat her as a knight first and foremost.

Mordred has a lot of issues because Saber is as good a father as she was a king.

I think the blame is more on Morgan. Artoria wasn't given a choice in the matter, Morgan is the one that filled Mordred's head with false promises. Plus, as a homunculus Mordred couldn't understand humans.

I thought she used her futa-dick from merlin or is that no longer the case?

No, she did, Artoria is 100% Mordred's biological father, but she did so while under some sort of spell. Morgan entranced her and tricked her into siring the child as part of her schemes to steal the kingdom for herself. Artoria had no idea Mordred even existed until she revealed herself.

And as a Knight she'd never wander around topless. She may not want to be treated as a woman, but she still accepts that she IS a woman.

So, same as OriginalRecipe!Arthur and Morgan and Mordred then (other than the futadick and dickwizard shenanigans). Well the usual composite version used in pop-culture, not necessarily the Mallory 'original' (then again the 'originals' are also composite mashups).
Thought it was the case, but Fate canon (or whatever one wants to call it) always confuses me because they like changing and retconning things all the time. And break da rulez (for the sake of breaking them), that too.
