She only came out like two days ago, unless you count the beta server but most artists probably aren't on that server. You're gonna have to be a little more patient than a few hours.

Generally speaking, for gacha games, unless a character's design is a hit right out of the gate, popularity and art count are heavily influenced by acquisition rate. Artists that play the game, get the character, and like the character are more likely to draw the character.
She's exclusive to the current event banner, so if she doesn't take off by the end of it, her popularity will definitely stall since she's not present in the game at all as an NPC.
I also hope she at least gets a decent amount of art, but she's not a highly coveted 5☆, her availability is limited, and there's no way to meet her without getting her. These things don't help her chances.

Sometimes I wonder if the gacha gods are crazy, for spurning such lovely ladies in favor of shitty memes and overused tropes.
I started playing just to get her a few days ago. I got her. I’m happy.
I was warned that she doesn’t appear as an NPC , but I wasn’t prepared for their to be no interactions with her at all...a simple cutscene would be nice. A side quest? Hmm

I wasn't joking when I said she, and some others, are basically nonexistent outside of the gacha. Maybe she'll appear in the future.
