I'm not sure what 棒读 is supposed to mean here. According to baidu.com it seems to be slang for either reading top-to-bottom (ie when a Japanese person's reading Chinese text wrong), though it can also be a metaphor for reading emotionlessly among other things. I'm also not sure what the hanzi next to Andreana's speech bubble is supposed to be either.
