Mmm... The outfit itself is fine, I guess, but that hairstyle. More than frills, I think it's displaying that much forehead which doesn't really suit Kinjyou.

...And of course, the artist says this is probably his favorite hairstyle for Kinjyou because of the forehead exposure.
