Corrected what Chie says. The kanji does mean "meat" but in relation to the English translation of the game, "Steak!!" is more appropriate. FSTEAK.

Also, "meat" sounded suggestive and made me giggle like a school-girl.

    Also, Kanji = Priceless.

How can you be extremely polite when you're saying just one word?
No offense, but I fail to grasp the true from of Japanese.

It isn't just one word. The full phrase is 'メギドラオンでございます' (transliterated 'megidolaon de gozaimasu'). 'De gozaimasu' is a formal, polite way of saying 'desu' (properly 'de aru', meaning 'it is'; 'gozaimasu' is derived from 'gozaru' which is just 'aru' with a respectful 'go' added). People working in service positions (so, elevator girls, waiters and such) often use 'de gozaimasu' when speaking to customers, for example 'This is the second floor' would be '二階でございます' (transliterated 'ni kai de gozaimasu').

You may have heard Aigis saying 'de arimasu': this is another formal way of saying the same thing, but not quite as respectful. There are differing levels of politeness in Japanese which can have a radical effect on the language used, so it pays to become familiar with them if you want to understand the lingo.
