He apologizes after realized what the word on the shirt means. He later redraw Roon with normal clothes, and gives away the PSD files for free. And I didn't know what "BlackedRaw" means until someone pointed it out on Discord not long after I uploaded it.

Apparently the commission only specified Roon’s shirt and pose, the camera frame was the artist’s own choice Also even after apology he still didn’t take down the offending pictures from his accounts unless I’m getting the wrong conclusion
Does it really matter? Even if the artist did delete the picture, you or some other person would ask why did he deleted the picture.
That he knew exactly what he was doing because since the original skeb request didn’t say anything about camera frames, so it wouldn’t occur to him to add it unless he knew what the the shirt’s message meant
That said this isn’t actually my logic, other people on... other sites do think that, and that not deleting the pics mean he’s not that sorry about it and suggests to whomever commissioned it that he’d be willing to do it again (that was paraphrased). I know about the drama this caused and what the shirt’s message meant so I would know why if the pic did get deleted
Forgive my lateness, I walked away for dinner. I do know indeed. It was talked about for far too long. The poor artist must have been a bit fearful of the consequences for his reputation. But, that’s the distant past at this point, let’s not reignite this conversation today.
