I don't know the source, but the original image had Exia on the right. It was flipped because having Exia on the right made it so the shield was on the wrong arm.

Something about the head doesn't seem right to me.

I think it's head looks fine, I'd upload the other one but I'm not sure if it'd be against the rules to upload the exact same picture just flipped.
