I don't know if it's just me, but Sakuya's leg looks wild. For starters, the shading on her thigh makes it look like her visible leg is growing from her crotch. Ignoring that however, it's evident that her thigh is about as thick as her waist. Finally, her calf is almost as thick as Remilia's torso, and also the lineart on top of her calf looks misaligned where Remilia's arm is.
Yeah you're right. It's just bad anatomy all over the place.
