While there's still no end in sight to CL power-creeping and competition, Mogami K2 Toku will probably reign for far longer as potentially the strongest CA(V) in the game. Her only weaknesses are routing that demands pure CA and reduced plane capacity.

And to think that Mogami ended up not needing a prototype catapult I've been keeping for her...
