Adding Yu-Gi-Oh tag. Although I could not see the card clearly, that card looks very much like "Neko Mane King", with correct Attribute (EARTH), DEF (0). The card frame is a bit like a Normal Monster though (Neko is an Effect Monster).
And yes "Neko Mane King" is a maneki neko, and that card art is Mike.
