I am currently in Japan for work stuff, and horse racing seems to be rather popular, so I can see the appeal of the Umamusume thing. (In fact there was a commercial for the Umamusume mobile game just now on the television.) On the other hand, I normally am in the Los Angeles region, and Santa Anita Park was having some really bad mojo a while back. (I don't know if they ever figured out any connection or cause behind all the incidents.) Fortunately, not being subject to the limitations of horse physiology would probably mean that the horse girls can recover much better from injuries.
