The parent and child posts are visually and geometrically identical. My guess is the image was exported twice, once for the blog, and then again for pixiv, but maybe with different compression types etc. A quick look shows the pixel-aspect-ratio was specified as 48x80 for the smaller of the two. *shrugs*
