Next page is the start of Schemes of a Young Lady, the second crossover arc with Maid Would Want to Protect Her Lady. This is a direct sequel to to Vicissitudes of Life, the first crossover arc. If you haven't read Vicissitudes yet, you may do so here. It is highly recommended to read up to at least Milady #3 before reading Vicissitudes (the 'prequel' to Schemes), as it provides the necessary background on the introduced characters.

Additionally, it is also recommended to read both Milady #4 and #0 before reading Schemes, as these also provide additional exposition on the characters (that are subtly alluded to within Schemes).

If you would prefer skipping ahead to the next Droid arc (Droid #21) instead, click "here":[].

Her right arm needs repair for busting down her house door? Either that door was reinforced, or Momdroid is clearly not suited for CQC.

No, she is recalibrating the haptic sensors on her arm or else she will crush everything unintentionally like that doorknob

Lagging so badly here I can't even see my TL notes. Much less save them. Sorry guys, this is going to be delayed a bit.

    Edit: Aaaaand done. Anyway...

She's a "light model" that isn't designed for heavy-duty work, and has further lightened her chassis over the years (partly because of her hang-up over not being able to be carried by her son). Still, with mechanical arms (and presumably far-above-average human strength) she probably could have punched the door open without much damage (in the same way an unaugmented human kicks open a door), but the way she punched it... well... let's just say punching the middle of a door hard enough to send it flying away off its hinges while being completely unbraced likely did a real number on her arm.

Haptic sensors on the fritz, couldn't headpat her son, tried to go outside to have them repaired, accidentally crushed doorknob then threw a temper tantrum, overstressing her arm unit in the process.

Headpats are serious business after all. I'd throw a fit too if I couldn't give one when needed.
