And the separate personality is a yandere, if that close-up on the left panel is any indicator.

You mean... a mere side effect becomes a full-blown personality!? Like, a decent guy turned violent when drunk; it stops when the alcohol effect is gone. But if the drunk act persists even without alcohol...
