Judging from the commentary, this is probably part of Ichikawa's recent "Shipgirl Recruitment" series, despite the absence of the characteristic "Kancodex".

You can see just a bit of a nametag on her jacket; enough to see part of what is likely the character 水 ("water"), which can be read "sui". I think it's hinting that her name is already Hayasui, or at the very least ends in -sui. However, it is definitely not the same kanji used for shipgirl Hayasui, which is what is written on the dog tag.
