最初は水分摂取もだめだったのですが、さすがにそれはOKにしてもらったみたいです。

Since meals weren't permitted within the venue this time, I bought food at convenience stores and ate it in the car! At first, water intake wasn't allowed either, but it seems they got it okayed, as one might expect.
