Are you kidding me? Her right leg (the one on the bottom) dead ends in a giant bulbous stump. I'm guessing the artist probably intended it to look like it was folded underneath the one on top, but it sticks out way too far for that.
The way the right butt sticks out is supposed to represent how butts stretch a bit when someone bends their legs. That's why her left butt doesn't stick out as much; it isn't bent so acutely. The artist exaggerated the effect.
We can see her lower right leg (her calf) underneath her left leg; her upper right leg and knee are obscured by DAT ASS.
