For instance if said person doesn't get much attention, it's easier to just ignore it, obviously you don't lose much, and he doesn't gain much. On a larger scale, you should try to announce their fakeness on their posts or something along those lines, maybe even make a post yourself that they are fake (idk hoe instagram works, I'm a fellow discord mod, so don't throw me with a stick). If the problem is still not solved and said person keeps on stealing, it comes down to actually taking lawful action (assuming that where you live, copyright is taken seriously)

Following on twitter, the person on instagram is underage and gets to much attention, even insulting several people. Looks like popopoka will do something about it
