Oh god ball-jointed thighs. Of all the places to use that crap this has to be the worst. The movement range they provide is far too narrow and they are awful at holding poses for prolonged periods.

Not to mention that the connecting pins get fragile with time. I had to put an HGUC Zaku II into a fixed pose after the hip connector pins BOTH snapped.
On the plus side, that made me finally get off my ass and learn to use a pin vise to reinforce the damn things with metal...
