    Haven't done a sketch in a while.
    She's #Zelinda Koch, the mission control operator from the "Zeon's Diner" Gundam cafe.

    So I did some digging and this character actually isn't from any of the shows, she's actually the mascot of the IRL Gundam cafe's current Zeon themed diner attraction. She doesn't have an official romanized name, so Zelinda Koch was the best romanization I could get out of google translate, but if anyone could figure out a romanization that's more true to the original name then feel free to change it.
