That's the Woundwort in its "docking" mode. The limbs and other stuff attaches to the knees and shoulders to firm the II vorsion of a suit, in this case it's the goddesses limbs.

It's the TR-6 Hazel II. Yes, it looks nothing like a Hazel and is basically 95% a recoloured Woundwort. Go figure.
