She probably does it's just that she is well shaved and therefor it doesn't look like she does. It's all about preferences and fetishes in the end. Also, as we all know, avoiding to give anime/manga characters any pubic hair de-sexualizes them in one way, and if one swings a certain way, sexualize them even further than was originally thought.
