It's not like you suddenly turn gay when you see such an image. Saying it's offensive, is a big overkill. But this is also the reason why everyone can tag images, so if something like that is missed, you can add it to the image. With every uploader, there is also the case, that they can miss a tag. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
