The sailor's uniform is because she is part of the navy. Because of constantly being at sea, the undergarment consists of a school swimsuit. In order to not be too flashy, a simple and honest feeling was used in the creation of Yoshika's model.Mio can be a "Hell's Drill Instructor" type of character but her model was created in order to also show her cheerful disposition. The upper garment uses a WW2 Naval officer's uniform as a base. Her stiff, white collar was an undeniable inclusion.Sakamoto Mio
