    If you're referring to the dog girl here, she's just a random orphan Guin made up for this story.

    There is however Jackie who does share a bit of a resemblance, and is a boxer type character (Korone boxes).

    Cry havoc and let slip the tykes of Warfarin!

    I also like to think the little dog girl is a nod to Korone, second panel with her holding the toy gun makes me think of her Doom playthrough.

    She is also with a cat girl in the third panel who may be a nod to Okayu just with alternate hair color.
