You can see where the artist went wrong, it's not that the head is to small, no its that he elongated the lower torso because he forgot to compensate that he gave her huge breast, and thus they'd take up more of her torso when left to hang and thus he proceeded to draw her body as if her breast were smaller and being held up by a bra or supportive bikini top.

At least that's my opinion/obeservation.
