Now that we have an official translated title, it's obvious the "Arasa" in the title is a contraction of "Around Thirty," so idk if we should leave the tag as is or change it to something that better reflects that (if that's even possible without it looking awkward)

We can leave it as it is. With maybe the English title* aliased to it. I would prefer using "arasaa" for the JP title since it reflects the long vowel and also returns more pertinent results on Google (when searching "arasaa" vs. "arasa").
*Though not sure if the English title is definitive yet, or if people will search using it.
Note that アラサー is a "wasei-eigo" (pseudo-English term coined in Japan) 'loanword' that has gained enough prominence to be listed in dictionaries (e.g. Daijisen). So it is effectively a word in its own right, like "skinship", another Japanese-coined pseudo-English word.
