    Six years too late, but it's a doujin called "Kanako-sama Yume Mousou" or "Kanako's Dream Delusion". The general plot of these is that the main characters are all incredibly lewd, and overthink scenarios, imagining two other touhous getting fucked in various ways, then themselves.
