Well said, your more honest then I thought, try cross word before rebooting or perhaps More RAM may help you, but I really don't want to make this a rant forum so take it by mail if you want to be stubborn. I'm not trying to make scene of you.
But really, the image looks good to me and I don't see why it has such a low score especially to that negative degree.
