Not just Mile, all you need to do is to get enough Turf inheritances to boost Falcon's rank to A, and then she can run in any turf race no matter the distance (though for her, she specializes in Mile and Mid distance length races).

Yeah because Falcon's skill is a boost speed when she is on first place during middle lap, whilst Sky needs to do that on the final lap. If Falcon manage to be around in 1st place during the middle lap, she will able to win if the trainer train her right.
