The wand is Magical Ruby/just Ruby. Rin as a magical girl is Kaleido Ruby, not Ruby.

It's from Fate/kaleid liner, where Ilya get tricked into a contract by Ruby (the stick), who ran away from Rin.

Hence, the situation above, after Rin found them.
