That panel where Meiling grabs Sakuya's arm is wrong. She's pushing on the forearm while grabbing the upper arm. This would just bend her arm. To do a proper arm hold from the back, you either grab the upper arm with the elbow in your chest and tuck the wrist into your armpit, grabbing the forearm near the elbow, then pull your right elbow to your flank, or you grab the wrist with one hand and push on the elbow with the other to force the person you're restraining down, then you finish by kicking their legs away and stretching their arm flat on the ground, elbow up, and you place your knee on their elbow and pull up their wrist. You then can continue to pull to break their arm.
I was a judoka for years (haven't got time for it nowadays) so I'm a bit anally retentive about stuff like this, sorry.
