Diffchecker slider tab shows no changes and the difference tab shows a complete black square.
I'm no professional or photoshop expert but there's not a single discernable difference (that I can tell) from the two images. I get that it's a slightly higher file size, but does that not qualify it as pixel-perfect duplicate? Lmk if I'm wrong. (Last edit: @evazion@Provence )
They're not pixel-perfect duplicates. That only applies if every single pixel is identical. These images differ very slightly. It looks more like JPG noise than revision, in my opinion.

If it is neither revision or pixel-perf but close enough that it's viable to mark it as duplicate, should it be the parent then?
These aren't pixel-perfect duplicates because there's some imperceptible change between them. They're still duplicates though. If two images are duplicates, then the parent is the one uploaded to Danbooru first.
