I actually tagged Rita here when I uploaded this (or tagged her name later), but it got removed later on. So I think not, since her human appearance isn't present in this image.

Well one can make an argument that if a character is pantomiming another character (pose included), then the second character can be tagged too, even if they aren't cosplaying. This goes especially if they also have similar expressions, are drawn in a similar artstyle (parody), or utter similar lines.

Though I'm not sure if I remember Rita Bernal making that pose. Strangely, the Pixiv post itself is tagged Rita MORDIO by the artist themself. Don't remember her making that pose either... but now it sounds like the artist is going for a cross-copyright namesake pun or something.
