They are releasing this pseudo party skins instead of oath ones because they can charge you more for a "party" skin than for a ring and they know it, probably this was an oath skin at first but they changed their mind at the last moment just like Formidable's "party" dress skin. It's obvious that was intended as an Oath skin especially since the community have been asking for it for literally years and because of that they know people are willing to pay for it without mentioning that most of those players already married her regardless of she not having a wedding dress so that means they wouldn't be getting new revenue from that skin.
